Safe Vehicle Marshalling Training
This Vehicle Marshalling course prepares candidates to recognise the importance of accepting, guiding, and dispersing vehicles safely and efficiently within busy work environments. Training focuses on reducing risk when working around moving vehicles and ensuring safe interaction between drivers, marshals, and pedestrians.
Participants will learn how to identify and avoid significant hazards, understand vehicle blind spots, and practise the clear, precise hand signals and communication techniques required to control vehicle movements safely. The course helps improve site safety, reduce the risk of collisions, and promote consistent marshalling practices.
Vehicle Marshalling training is delivered to groups of up to six candidates, with course duration dependent on the number of attendees and site requirements.
Novice Course
Is aimed at People with no previous experience, the course will last 5 days. (Training time can be reduced if the number of trainees is less than 3)
Experienced Course
Is aimed at People who have had previous operating experience, but either do not have a certificate of basic training or are unable to provide proof that they held one. the course will last 3 days. (Training time can be reduced if the number of trainees is less than 3).
Safety Refresher
For Operators trained on different types of equipment who wish undertake a 3 year safety refresher. the course will last 7.5hrs. (Training time can be reduced if the number of trainees is less than 3).
